Have a Snicker Bar, then MOVE ON! 6 things to do with leftovers...

YES, EAT A PIECE OF CANDY OR TWO, ENJOY IT AND SAVOR IT.

THEN... move on from it and step away from the candy bag. Don't use Halloween as an excuse to eat candy for the rest of the month. An extra 100 calories a day can wreak havoc on your waist line packing on a possible 10 pounds by the end of the year! I personally buy candy for trick or treaters that I don't like!

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH YOUR LEFTOVER CANDY?

1) Bring it to the office and let your co-workers polish it off-adults tend to have more self-control than kiddies.

2) Throw it away? I know, wasteful, but if candy is a trigger food you may be better off.

3) Freeze the candy bars in chunks and enjoy them every once and awhile (this is only if you don't want to be wasteful). Out of site, Out of Mind here. It's also a lot more difficult to chew, so it will take longer to eat.

4) Give it away to someone, anyone! DONATE it. Nursing homes, Doc offices, shelters. Just don't donate it to the GYM.

5) Use it as a Science Experiment? Nope, I'm not kidding here, there's a website for this! Kids would love it.

6) Make a Pinata and use it for a kid's party!
